This is a PVC single-ply roof membrane that has fractures due to the age of the roof. This roof is a 25-year-old Roof we are coming in to do a total cleaning on the roof and apply Tropocal 9400 silicon seam seal repairs.

The emergency service department was called out for a leak in the climate control storage buildings at store and lock location in Dothan Alabama. We arrived on site to find that the Trapezoidal metal roof panels at the lap where the screws attach an butyl tape was installed during the new construction process has busted open and it’s allowing water in that metal roof flat area. We are applying tropical 9400 silicon seam seal along this area to get a Water drying.
