February 28th, 2024This is a PVC single-ply roof membrane that has fractures due to the age of the roof. This roof is a 25-year-old Roof we are coming in to do a total cleaning on the roof and apply Tropocal 9400 silicon seam seal repairs.
February 5th, 2024The emergency service department was called out for a leak in the climate control storage buildings at store and lock location in Dothan Alabama. We arrived on site to find that the Trapezoidal metal roof panels at the lap where the screws attach an butyl tape was installed during the new construction process has busted open and it’s allowing water in that metal roof flat area. We are applying tropical 9400 silicon seam seal along this area to get a Water drying.
February 3rd, 2024We were called out on emergency inspection for a leak around the chimney. We assess the roof. It has some hail damage and some improper flashing around an EPDM single-ply membrane roof attached to the brick chimney.
February 3rd, 2024We were called out to install a brand new GAF timberline, HDZ shingle roof. They have some new construction that needs to be done on the front porch to establish a low slope pitch that will carry a GAF liberty base cap sheet modified. There’s also a Lowe’s Slocomb area around the backside of the home that’s going to need some Duralast PVC membrane. It’s on a low slope porch, but it’s not seen from the road so the white membrane will not effect the aesthetics of the home.
February 3rd, 2024The emergency service department was called out to do some metal roof repairs, they’re experiencing some leaks around some pipe boot exposures through the roof. We’re going to use a Tropical 9400 silicon seam seal to address these areas on site when we arrive.

January 27th, 2024We were calling out to the Domino’s Pizza Location Troy Alabama Troy Loop, Plaza. We have a maintenance contract with Domino’s to do repairs on all their stores located in the south east area. Willie safadi , the Domino’s Pizza,, franchise owner, asked if we come out and do the repairs on the Duro-Last PVC, single ply membrane roof.
January 27th, 2024We were called out by the commercial building owner to conduct repairs on the rodeo Mexican restaurant. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them to take care of all their leak repairs on the restaurants. The type material will be using on site is a Duro-Last PVC single-ply membrane.

January 25th, 2024We were called out for an emergency service call wear a commercial CDL box truck ran into the parapet roof wall at the Michell Mazda car dealership in enterprise, Alabama. We gather the measurements necessary to get back with a general contractor and come out and schedule for this to be fixed so that insures water tightness on the building is continuous.

January 25th, 2024The emergency service department was called out to the Hobby lobby. This is a retail location in Dothan AL . We were asked to bring our service department technicians out. They have for leaks that need to be addressed on the roof. We have a yearly maintenance contract with this company, so will be performing these repairs on site once they get here immediately. The material that will be using on site is a Duro-last single ply membrane.
January 25th, 2024Inco construction called us out to do some detail coping metals on the Dothan Toyota on the Ross Clark Circle. We are doing a takeoff of measurements today and getting ready to come up here and get this completed sometime in March of 2024.

December 28th, 2023We are on-site at the Denny Vision eye clinic building in Dothan, Alabama to get a material takeoff put together for a new low-slope roof replacement. The new commercial roof system will be a Carlisle Syntech TPO sure-weld single-ply membrane. This roof replacement will begin in early March of 2023.
